JunkDash reviews non-standard refunds on a case-by-case basis.
JunkDash reserves the right to restrict or revoke service access to any customer at its sole discretion.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled service.
6. Prohibited Materials
We do not accept:
- Non-residential hazardous waste
- Animal carcasses and ashes
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Biohazardous and biomedical waste
- Commercial pesticide containers
- Contaminated soil
Some materials may incur additional fees. Junk Dash reserves the right to decline any job if materials are unsafe, restricted, or impractical to dispose of.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must:
- Disclose all non-residential materials for removal in advance, which may incur additional costs.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for JunkDash.
- Be present or reachable during service if needed.
- Do NOT use the City of Edmonton bins. Instead all items must be placed on the end of the front yard, garbage pad, or the same if collection is in the back of the property.
- All scheduled residential pickups MUST be in standard household garbage bags.
Junk Dash may refuse service if the job poses a risk, includes undisclosed materials, or deviates significantly from the booking.
8. Liability & Property Damage
Junk Dash Inc. carries general liability insurance. However, we are not liable for reasonable damage that may occur while removing bulky or heavy items, especially indoors or in tight spaces.
9. Service Completion
A service is considered complete once our team has made a good faith effort to arrive on site, assess the materials, and attempt removal per the booking details.
10. Scheduled Residential Pickup
Scheduled residential pickup is booked in advance, and does not auto-renew unless initiated by the customer at least 48 hours before the next scheduled pickup. JunkDash's allows scheduling residential pickup multiple weeks at a time to avoid frequent booking. Discounts apply.
Residential Pickup Volume Guidelines
The scheduled residential pickup service is intended for a reasonable household amount of garbage—typically what a household would generate over a two-week period. All waste must be securely bagged for collection. While there is no strict volume limit, JunkDash reserves the right to assess whether the amount placed out exceeds what is considered reasonable under your current subscription. If so, we'll reach out to discuss additional service options.
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must:
- Be submitted in writing to Junk Dash Inc at the service address below:
6520 36 St Ne Unit # 1155

Canada - Be addressed through binding arbitration prior to any legal action.

12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, public emergencies, strikes, or legal restrictions.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version and date of update will always appear at the top of this page.
